Have Questions?
How fast will I receive my project?
It depends. Simple webforms with no integration might only take 48 hours. Large event registration with complex conditional logic, product e-commerce, and payments might take 2-3 months. If you want us to go faster, sign up for Automation Wizard so that we can put more people on your job.
Do you offer trials or make sample forms?
No we do not. We guarantee that our forms work, and that they will look great. You can sign up and pause your subscription at any time, so that you can use us when you need us.
Why wouldn’t I just hire my own web developer?
You can, but developers who are also great at visual design, systems design, and systems integration are rare. And if you find this rare gem, it’s unlikely you will will be able to manage the project unless you are experienced with managing freelancers. We remove this risk by managing the process of logic writing, design, and integrations in one place.
Can’t I just do it myself in Jotform or Typeform?
It’s fun and easy to shop for SaaS tools and buy them. What’s hard, and require skills are: design, digital experience, systems integration, website integration, and writing conditional logic. Having the tool will get you 20% there.
Can I cancel?
There are no contracts or long term agreements. You can cancel at any time. If you want to start up again, just let us know.
What if I’m not happy with my form or system?
You get unlimited revisions and we will keep going until you absolutely love it.
How do I submit my paperwork and ideas?
We will onboard you to Asana, our project management tool. There, you will submit PDFs, photos, links, and feedback. It’s very simple to share with us.
How does the pause feature work?
You can pause any time and we will stop working on your project. When you are ready to continue, you will be un-paused. We bill for the month in advance. If you pause on day 14, you will have 14 days of service remaining to use whenever you need it.
